I started in the business about 1996 almost 30 years ago. I remember first time I received Service Industry News was at P.I.E. show in Monterey, California. It had a lot of helpful things for a young one like me in the industry. Back then, I probably read it mostly for the chemical balance and average price service articles, that were real helpful starting off in business.
